We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technicians (Med Techs) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates should be efficient, accurate, and committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services. Med Techs will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring all results are accurately recorded and reported. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to medical regulations are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other body fluids.
• Analyze and interpret test results to assist in diagnosing medical conditions.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent contamination and maintain a sterile environment.
• Record and report findings to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain and update patient records with test results and other relevant data.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laboratory regulations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve discrepancies in test results.
• Assist in quality control and assurance to maintain high laboratory standards.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and medical regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
