HHA

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide essential care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be attentive, reliable, and committed to improving the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support mobility and assist with light exercises as needed.
• Prepare and serve meals while ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, changing linens, and tidying living spaces.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical and mental health to supervisors or family members.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow care plans provided by healthcare professionals.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to clients’ homes.
• Must pass a background check and meet state-specific requirements.
